These are my reflections for today:
1. I know a bit more about some gurus in today's lesson, such as Henry A. Murray, B. Fraser, Rudolf Moos, Kert Lewin, Walberg, etc... Will be good to find out more about them from the mindmaps created by the class.
2. On designing of surveys, the use of "I" word in surveys are more often than not 'personal' type, i.e. from the individual perspective.
3. Lastly, something not related to lesson today. With Tiger Woods' win in the US Open this early morning, it just reinforced my belief that diligence + talent + determination + luck = TW's formula for success. It must really start from young age, just like how TW did it. A recap from last week's EP lesson on developmental psychology, the 5 key developments of a child from age 2 to 11 years old, which are Diligence, Emotional Intelligence, Conscience, Language & Maths. We must facilitate our child for success since young, but at the kid's comfortable pace (a warning).
Cheers...
