Today's lesson is very much focused on the element "learner" in the context of a learning environment.
Every learner has his own personal needs/ objectives when it comes to learning, be it intrinsic (from within, motivation) or extrinsic (external gains). It will impact on his humanistic behaviour towards his learning process. However, the learning environment (l.e.) can also affect the learner's behaviour. In this course, we refer to l.e. not in terms of physical association like infrastructure, but we look into the people and psycho-social (interaction) factors.
Next, an simple exercise showed my inclination for management profile in l.e. towards a "Commanding/Authoritative" + "Laissez-faire" style, which very much match my own assessment before doing the survey. Hope to find out more about these styles in future.
Lastly, I will attach my Cmap here as reference, though it is not a completed work.
Cheers...
